SR-71 Cockpit Checkout

A former SR-71 Blackbird pilot gives a walkthrough of the spy plane's cockpit, covering both the front pilot seat and the rear reconnaissance seat. He goes through the instruments and controls and how the crew used them.

HN passes it around as a fascinating tour of the Blackbird's cockpit, including its star-based navigation, and as a companion to other cockpit walkthroughs.

“A must watch for any Blackbird enthusiast.”
